Sun/heat stroke

Sunstroke - breakdown work of the brain due to a long period of exposure to the sun.

Heatstroke is an overheating of the body, not always due to exposure to the sun.

The first symptoms

· Throbbing headache and general weakness.

· Fever

· Dizziness

· Nausea and vomiting

· Respiratory failure

· Facial redness

FIRST AID - Homeopathy

Belladonna 30c - hot and red skin, throbbing headache, to the state of delirium, with glassy eyes and dilated pupils. Take Belladonna every 15-30 minutes in a critical state.

Glonoine 30c - heatstroke with explosive headaches, dizziness, and confusion of mind; Headaches can be accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Arsenicum Album 30c - helps with the consequences of sun/heat stroke, if nausea, vomiting, weakness and restless state of mind are the main symptoms; the condition is accompanied by chilliness and thirst (prefer to sip water)

Natrum carbonicum 30c - helps with headaches, arising from even moderate stay in the sun; any hot weather brings headaches with nausea.

China 30c - good in cases of dehydration, if the drinking regime was broken, in the cases of excessive sweating, or vomiting caused by dehydration.

*If you are sensitive to the sun, white-skinned, it is better to take Belladonna 30C, 1 time, BEFORE going out in the sun. Homeoprophylaxis will help you to avoid overheating on the first day of your holiday.

Go to a cool place (with a stream of fresh air)

Apply ice packs

drink water

Lift the legs (the blood will travel to the head, which in turn helps you to regain your consciousness).

Infection (nausea, diarrhoea)

Arsenicum album 30C - vomiting, diarrhoea, food poisoning.

Nux Vomica 30C - vomiting, diarrhoea. Especially after heavy food (meat) and alcohol.

Ipecacuanha 30C - vomiting (urge to vomit) with spasms.
