Berries, ginger, lemon, apple vinegar, kombucha fermented tea
Camellia Sinensis (Tea plant)
✔️The black, green, and white tea is coming from the same plant
✔️The richest (fermented) tea is black, in China it is called "red tea".
✔️Average fermentation level for green tea.
✔️And the most "unfermented" one, with the minimum amount of caffeine, is white tea.
☕️DETOX TEA- improves mood, energizes. This drink is the best drunk in the morning.
✔️Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
✔️Add there: 20gr. ginger, grated or chopped, 2 tsp. turmeric, a pinch of cayenne pepper. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
✔️ Prepare apple cider vinegar (with mother tincture) in a mug, 1 slice of lemon, optionally a stick of cinnamon or honey. Add tea from a saucepan.
TEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS
✔️Ingredients: juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 glass of boiling water, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (optional)
✔️Mix all the ingredients, drink in the morning, on an empty stomach. BERRY TEA
✔️Ingredients: 2 handfuls of any berries, frozen (black elderberry, cranberry, raspberry is an excellent choice for tea against covid), 2 glasses of hot water.
✔️ Brew everything in a thermos, leave for 1 hour.
✔️ Optionally, you can add a sprig of rosemary, 1 tsp. honey.
Kombucha (fermented tea drink)
✔️Boil the 3L water, add 8 green/black tea bags (8 green/black tbsp.) ✔️Keep the tea room temperature or cold
✔️Take out the tea bags ✔️Add 300gr. brown sugar or 1\2 cup of honey
✔️Add the mushroom tea, SCOBY (* you can buy it here or try to grow it by yourself) ✔️Keep the drink for 5-7 days, in a cool place without sunshine
✔️When detox and probiotic drink (Kombucha) is ready. Separate it from the mushroom tea. Put it into the fridge ✔️Add your favourite flavour (berries and herbs, apple and cinnamon, oranges and ginger) and keep 1-2 days more
